Getting started
Badge
The ADE badge is meant for identification purposes only and doesn't grant access to the ADE festival or conference program.
Wristband
ADE uses two types of wristbands: day passes and 4-day passes. Day pass holders only have access to the ADE conference on a particular day.4-day passes holders have access to both conference and festival program within the duration of ADE.
Conference bag
ADE participants will receive their special conference bag at the registration desk. Bring your identification card when you get registered at the Felix Meritis.
Meeting point
This year the official meeting point will be at the Dylan Hotel, at the ADE service point.

As the ADE Festival program spoils both professionals and festival visitors with great line ups, it can happen that a club or venue reaches its maximum capacity and access can be denied. Therefore we advise you to arrive on time. Delegates who are registered for the conference have access to the whole evening program at ADE.

Door policy clubs/ venues
Most clubs and venues have specific ruleS that visitors have to abide to. We wouldn't call them strict but in order to keep clubbing fun and safe, no drugs or weapons are allowed.

ADE offers network & business lounges; all equipped with computers and music playback facilities.
The Garden Business Lounge (smoking allowed)
This year ADE introduces the garden of the Dylan Hotel as a business lounge. With seats, heaters and service, you can meet your business relations here. Did we mention that it's a smoking area? Well it is! The business lounge is open on Wednesday, 14.00 hrs onwards, Thursday and Friday during the regular conference opening times. On Saturday the garden business lounge is is closed.

Internet
WI-FI internet access is available for conference delegates in both conference locations. Furtheron if you are a guest of a hotel, you can often use their wireless internet. Also more and more cafes are now also offering wireless internet, which you can access with your own laptop. Some places offer this service free of charge, while in others you have to pay. If you don´t have a laptop you can use one of the internet cafes in the city.
